Our office at 20 Wynford Drive is the hub of our practice, and has been designed to look after all aspects of cosmetic and reconstructive surgery in a private and comfortable setting. This is our main location for patient visits as well as the site of our non-surgical treatments. The members of our FORM team are thoughtful, experienced and caring, and work tirelessly to look after the needs of our patients in a professional and comfortable way. Conveniently located two floors below our main office, the Don Mills Surgical Unit at Clearpoint Health Surgical provides a state of the art surgical facility for all types of plastic surgery. Their team of experienced, dedicated staff feels like an extension of FORM, and we consider this to be a unique advantage of our practice. At this location, our surgeons perform every type of cosmetic surgery under general anesthetic as well as smaller procedures under local anaesthetic.
This Toronto hospital, rated the #2 hospital in the country, is our main operating site for reconstructive surgery. Both Drs. Somogyi and Jalil are on staff full-time within the Division of Plastic Surgery. There, they maintain their partnership; running a general plastic surgery clinic and caring for patients post-operatively as well as patients referred by the emergency department. The Minor Procedure Clinic is their primary location for minor surgical procedures under local anesthetic. Finally, the main operating room at North York General is where Dr. Somogyi and Dr. Jalil perform their full range of breast and body surgery.

Rounding out our surgical locations is the Toronto Cosmetic Surgery Institute, stationed inside the historic Fairmont Royal York Hotel at 100 Front Street West. Not only is this facility conveniently located across the street from Union Station, it also allows us to offer our patients privacy while enjoying the luxuries of the hotel.
TCSI is a fully functional surgical facility, with an operating room, recovery facilities, safety equipment and protocols to meet the strictest guidelines for outpatient surgery centres set out by the Ontario College of Physicians and Surgeons. At this location, our surgeons perform a wide variety of cosmetic surgery including face, breast and body procedures.
