Michele comes to FORM Face + Body with a wealth of injectable and non-surgical treatment experience. She prides herself in her personal approach and ensures that each and every client receives a personalized treatment plan to best address their aesthetic needs. Her magical fingers keep patients at ease during their treatments, and her training as a Registered Nurse coupled with her meticulous nature gives our surgeons the confidence that their patients are looked after with the utmost of care following their procedures.
Justine
Justine has over 12 years of experience as a Patient Coordinator and loves being a part of patients' surgical journeys. Along with our surgeons, she is available to you at all times before, during and after your consultation to ensure that you are completely comfortable and educated in your decision. Patients always appreciate her professional and caring approach. When she is not in the office, Justine enjoys spending time with her husband and two kids, usually at the cottage or relaxing at home. She enjoys live music, hot yoga and visiting with her extended family as much as possible.
Shani
Shani is involved in every aspect of your aesthetic surgery journey. She will welcome you to the practice, help coordinate your appointments and guide you thoughtfully through your pre and post operative care. Shani's expertise and knowledge in the field of cosmetic plastic surgery makes her an excellent resource for all of your questions.
Cierra
Cierra may stand at just 4’10”, but her wonderful personality fills the room. As the Administrative Assistant to our surgeons, she keeps their OHIP practices in order and treats each patient as family. Cierra comes to us with extensive experience in the field of plastic surgery. She is an excellent resource for all of your questions and helps to ensure that you are completely comfortable in your decisions. Outside of work, she takes pride in her makeup and hair styling skills and enjoys dancing and curling up with her cat.
Gurleen
Gurleeb’s gentle voice and kind nature will be your first point of contact with FORM Face + Body. As our trusty receptionist, she ensures that all your questions are answered and your referrals are triaged quickly and efficiently. Gurleen comes to us with extensive experience in the medical field. She is the member of our team that everyone in the office can rely on when they need an extra hand.

Ora manages the main office at FORM Face + Body. She is a friendly smile when you walk in the door and an excellent resource to our patients and staff alike. She understands what it takes to deliver top quality care and works hard each and every day to ensure that every patient is looked after in the best way possible.
