At FORM Women’s Health by Élevé, Dr. Garbens brings together urologic expertise, advanced diagnostics, regenerative therapies, and functional medicine principles to support women with concerns that are often treated separately or dismissed altogether. Her work is rooted in restoring function, confidence, and quality of life while respecting each patient’s lived experience, goals, and comfort. Élevé at FORM is specifically designed as a focused women’s health destination within the FORM campus. Through this model, patients receive thoughtful, tailored care that looks beyond symptoms and considers the full picture of their health, function, and well-being.
