Dr. Goldberg volunteers for Operation Smile doing cleft lip surgery around the world. “With the education, skills, and experience I’ve been fortunate to obtain, I believe I have social responsibility. My goal is to fulfill this responsibility by using my abilities in a volunteer capacity to help a broad range of people around the world.” Operation Smile is a worldwide children’s medical charity that is dedicated to helping improve the lives of children born with cleft lips, cleft palates and other facial deformities. Operation Smile helps over 10,000 children per year in 42 countries globally.
Dr. Goldberg completed an executive MBA on International Business through Cornell and Queen’s schools of business. Using these skills he has been working to help develop non-hospital surgical facilities for Ontario, and has served as business development consultant for large pharmaceutical companies, including Valeant Canada, Galderma, and Johnson and Johnson. He has also served as medical advisor for companies in a multitude of industries including health care service, biotechnology and nutraceuticals.
