Dr. Stern is a fellowship-trained urologist specializing in men’s sexual health, hormonal optimization, and reconstructive urology. As the Founder and Medical Director of FORM Men’s Health, he takes a comprehensive, diagnostic-first approach to care, helping men understand the underlying factors affecting their sexual health, energy, and overall well-being.

Dr. Noah Stern is a fellowship-trained urologist with focused expertise in men’s sexual health, hormonal optimization, and reconstructive urology.
He completed his undergraduate training at Queen’s University in Life Sciences (specialization in pharmacology and toxicology), followed by his MD at the Schulich School of Medicine and Dentistry at Western University and urology residency at Western. Dr. Stern then pursued advanced fellowship training in reconstructive, female, and neurourology at the University of Toronto under the mentorship of Dr. Sender Herschorn, with additional extensive training under Dr. Gerald Brock in men’s health, erectile dysfunction, and Peyronie’s disease.
He maintains hospital privileges at North York General Hospital and Mackenzie Health. Dr. Stern serves on an International Society for Sexual Medicine panel updating global recommendations on the medical and surgical management of erectile dysfunction. He has also collaborated with Statistics Canada on research examining how ethnicity and immigration influence prostate cancer outcomes.
