If you’ve been considering a procedure or treatment, but would prefer to stay home rather than visit the clinic at this time, we can still get you started on your journey – from the comfort of your home! We are pleased to be offering virtual consultations for surgical procedures, aesthetic treatments, and skincare via a secure telemedicine platform. All you need is a phone, tablet, or computer with a camera. Our state-of-the-art 3D simulations for surgical procedures can also be completed remotely via Crisalix.
If you are due for a follow-up appointment and would prefer to remain home, our surgeons are also available to complete follow-ups via video conferencing.

Whether you choose an in-person or virtual consultation, every surgical consultation at FORM Face + Body includes Crisalix 3D Imaging. Crisalix is an exciting new technology that allows us to create a 3D model and a 4D Augmented Reality experience to demonstrate the possible results of your breast, body contouring, or facial procedures.
Your surgeon can manipulate your 3D model during your consultation to help you decide on the specifics of your surgery, such as the desired size of your breast implants. With the help of VR goggles, your 4D Augmented Reality experience will allow you to move around while viewing your simulated changes in a virtual mirror. Get scanned by your surgeon or start from home. To generate your 3D, you can choose to be scanned during your consultation, or you can start at home by uploading three photos of yourself. You’ll then be able to modify and discuss your 3D with your FORM surgeon during your consultation.
In a matter of seconds, your 3D will be generated! You’ll be able to experiment with different looks until you find the one that suits you best.
As a premium Crisalix provider, we are one of the few clinics to offer you 4D Augmented Reality simulations – meaning that when you visit us, you’ll be able to see your new changes in real time from head to toe through a virtual mirror.
At the end of your consultation, you’ll be given access to view your 3D from home on your own device and even share them with friends and family to get more advice and opinions.
Once you’ve decided on the look you’re aiming for, your simulation will provide the basis for your surgical plan. Because you’ve already received a clear visual idea of your results, you can be confident in your decision.
