AfterThis patient came to see us with concerns about a tired and aged appearance. We wanted to achieve a total facial rejuvenation while addressing sagging jowls, soft tissue descent, and moderate crow’s feet. Her treatment plan included:
1) Facelift with internal suturing (SMAS plication)
2) Upper and lower blepharoplasty/eyelid lift with canthopexy
3) Total facial fat grafting (transfer to eyelid, nasal pads, temporal and cheek bones)
These results are shown at three months post-op. Take note of the incision, which is barely visible and has healed perfectly along the natural contours of the ear (try zooming in!) This patient is just as excited as we are about these beautiful results.
